The Panther Pride Youth Scholarship Fund is funded by sales of our Scholarship tees that are designed and sold during our football and cheer season, as well as private donations.
Parents/Guardians of Panther athletes can apply for a scholarship by completing the application form in its entirety. At this time, we are not taking scholarship nominations from non-Parent/Guardians.
The application form includes a maximum 500-word essay. This essay should describe the reason the applicant is applying for the scholarship, including details regarding financial need.
Please note that additional documentation may be requested by the Scholarship Committee.
Scholarships awarded will cover Panther program costs (i.e., registration fees). All athletes are required to fundraise.
Scholarship amounts vary from $100 to full program registration costs. (Competitive Cheer: Scholarships do not cover shoes, skirt, top, or warmup. Sideline Cheer: Scholarships do not cover skirt or warmup. Tackle Football/Flag Football: Scholarships do not cover cleats or socks)
Scholarship applications must be submitted by May 1, 2023. Additional scholarship opportunitites may be available after May 1, 2023, depending on available funding.
A Parent/Guardian may apply for a scholarship for more than one athlete; however one application must be submitted for each individual athlete.

All information submitted will be kept confidential. Once an application is received by the Treasurer, the Treasurer will remove personal identifiable information (to make the application anonymous) and will provide anonymous applications to the Scholarship Committee for their review and determination.
All scholarship applicants will be notified of the Scholarship Committee’s decision by May 15, 2023.
